Dr. Mathew's exceptional training commenced at the prestigious Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the premier teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. During his tenure, he served as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, showcasing his dedication to medical education and surgical excellence. As Chief Resident, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and clinical acumen, earning the respect of his colleagues and mentors.
In pursuit of advanced expertise in vascular surgery, Dr. Mathew completed his fellowship at the high-volume, high-acuity Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. His role as Chief Fellow at this renowned institution further honed his skills, allowing him to master complex vascular interventions and surgical techniques.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Mathew conducted laboratory research at Harvard on a prestigious NIH/T32 grant. His contributions to medical science underscore his commitment to advancing the field of vascular surgery.

Dr. Seth T. Purcell, MD, FSVS, RPVI, is a distinguished Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon specializing in the comprehensive treatment of vascular disease. Dr. Purcell offers a range of advanced options, including medical management, minimally invasive endovascular procedures (such as balloon angioplasty, atherectomy, and stent placements), and open surgical repair techniques, including endarterectomy and bypass procedures.
A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, Dr. Purcell earned his medical degree before undertaking his General Surgery residency and subsequent Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Fellowship at the prestigious Texas A&M Health Science Center, located at Baylor Scott & White Health Center in Temple, Texas. This comprehensive training has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of vascular surgery.
Dr. Purcell views his career in surgery as a true calling and is passionately dedicated to all aspects of vascular surgery. Her professional journey began with roles as a physician recruiter and grant and contract administrator for medical research at Fort Sam Houston and Lackland Air Force Base. Motivated by a desire to contribute directly to patient care, she subsequently earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Currently, Lauren serves as a dedicated Registered Nurse at Wesley Chapel Vascular, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role in pre-and post-operative patient care at an orthopedic surgery center. In the clinic setting, she engages directly with patients, specializing in symptom management, in-office procedures, recovery assistance, and providing valuable education on maintaining vascular health.
Outside of her professional commitments, Lauren finds joy in outdoor activities such as running and walking, often attempting to coax her English Bulldog into joining her adventures. Additionally, she actively participates in volunteering efforts, particularly in fundraising and awareness initiatives for cancer research.

Outside of work, Aaron maintains an active lifestyle, engaging in activities like running, golfing, and beach outings. He is equally committed to community involvement through volunteering.
